This is a new course for this fall. Realtor safety training conducted by law enforcement can be an effective way to educate realtors about preventing scams and enhancing their overall safety. By collaborating with law enforcement for safety training, realtors can better protect themselves and their clients from scams, fostering a safer real estate environment. This class includes understanding common scams, reporting procedures and community resources. This is an in-person class held at the QAC Sheriff's Office, 505 Railroad Avenue, Centreville, MD.

Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your registration for a class, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a $25 No-Show fee.
