Description

This 3-hour required course for newly licensed agents covers key topics including advertising guidelines, incentives and rebates, open house rules, deposits and earnest money, returning deposits, common interest communities, condominium operations and owner rights, private land use controls and recent legal updates on common ownership in Maryland. This class will fulfill the "L" CE requirements for licensed agents after 10/1/2023.
