Description

Unlock DPA, Grants & Approval Strategies that will win deals. This class will cover local, state, and federal grants and DPA. You'll also learn about other timely mortgage topics including assumable mortgages, credit score hacks and appraisal waivers. This class will be taught by Dinah Riordan of Atlantic Coast Mortgage. Please note: This class will also qualify as 1.5 hour CE elective (Topic F) for agents licensed before 10/1/2023.
