In this course, you'll learn: - definitions of material fact and a latent defect - the disclosure obligations of sellers and agents/brokers - potential conflicts between obligations of sellers and agents - Maryland traumatized property statute - additional considerations for buyer's agents - Maryland residential property disclosure and disclaimer statements This class will be taught by Genevieve H.R. Macfarlane, Esq. of Bay East Title Company, LLC and the Law Offices of Stevens Palmer LLC. This is an in-person class held at BAAR.
