The goal of this 3.0 hour class is to provide real estate professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the latest legal and legislative developments impacting the real estate industry. By staying informed and up to date on these changes, realtors can enhance their knowledge, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. This class is taught by a staff attorney at MD Realtors. You may Zoom from either your home or office. **Please note: due to the Ignite event, you will not be able to attend this class at the BAAR office.**
