Description

An overview of the mortgage financing process from preliminary approval to closing. This class will fulfill the 1.5 Hours "O" CE requirement for newly licensed agents after 10/1/2023. Agents who were licensed before 9/30/2023 may take these courses for elective credit. This is taught by MD Realtors via Zoom.
