Description

The purpose of this course is to better understand both the background and latest trends associated with illegal flipping and predatory lending as well as the standards contained within the Commission's Code of Ethics. This course is taught by MD Realtors. This class is a virtual Zoom class. You may either Zoom from your home/office, or come to the BAAR office to attend.

Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your registration for a class, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a $25 No-Show fee.
